Can Dance Will Travel!

She was a very beautiful girl with an attitude problem.

She was fair and sweet but her heart was not in school. She always play truant.
But she was good at acting and dancing.

That year our school won the yearly dance competition organized by one government agency.

Our team was then asked to perform the dance in seven states in Peninsular Malaysia. It was a great achievement for our school.

But, the teachers (four of them ) who were in charge of training the girls had a difficult time of making sure that this particular girl follow the training regime and the time-table of the training.

During the school session in the morning, she would be absent from school but in the evening she will be in the hall for the practice. With numerous stern warning, being reprimanded and all, she was still as obstinate. But we really need her to be with the group because she was a very good actress and had done a good job for the group.

We managed to complete the performance in all the seven states. She still played truant even after the performance ended.

After completing school she joined The Cultural and Dance College.

She called me last year. She is now 24 years old.

She told me after she graduated from the college, she joined the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as a dancer. So far she and the dance group had gone and performed in London, Paris, Stockholm, Tokyo, Bangkok and New York. She is very happy with her life.
